Development project for the strict Rembertów Center in the form of a complex of buildings on both sides of the railway line, connected by a pedestrian bridge with a shopping arcade on the lower level, constituting the so-called Rembertów ribbon.
Concept of land development in the Rembertów ribbon includes :

1.Concept for the development of the Rembertów Center for Culture and Promotion

along with a multiplex at Bellony Street.
2.The concept of land development for Galeria Rembertów – Trade Center i Services at Cyrulików street.

3.Concept of land development for a pedestrian bridge with bicycle paths, green areas on the upper level and the Commercial Passage onthe lower level connecting the Cultural Center with the Shopping Mall.

4. Construction of the new Warszaw – Rembertów railway station along with the extended and modernized system of underground passages and new entrances.

5. The concept of land development in the Rembertów Ribbon in relation toexisting spatial development plans for the area of
avenues of gen. AnthonyChruściela “Montera” and the area of Bellonsy street.
